V family

I met this kiddo for the first time last year for is 1 year photos...and now he is 2 years old! His mom dressed him in a traditional german outfit for the first part of the session (because as she says, when can he ever wear this again?) then we headed off to family photos!

M family

The M family enjoyed a beautiful Saturday morning for their family photos! We had a great time chatting after the session too, because I had a lot in common with both their kids. One is starting law school, so we chatted about how I promised it wouldn't be as bad as people say....and their daughter wants to do business school and her MBA (which I'm about halfway through my MBA right now) so we talked a lot about future plans and school!

Such a lovely family, and I was thrilled to be able to photograph them while the kids are still in town for the summer! 

Edison

Meet Edison! His mom is a patent attorney so they named this little guy after Thomas Edison! Which means we had a light bulb themed shoot for part of the session. 

It was just last year that we were photographing the parents at their wedding in the Old Market....we love revisiting wedding couples and capturing their other wonderful life events! 

H family

This little guy was born just a few short days ago, and we had a home session with his big brother (now almost 2) to celebrate! What a cutie, he was awake and so squirmy during his whole session that he made the best faces and was such a doll! 

Big brother did awesome too, and is so proud of his little brother! 

F Family (Batman & Superman)

Omaha should feel safe with these two crime-fighting superheros out to protect the city! I've been photographing this family for over 3 years now, and I loved their idea of having the boys in super hero outfits for their session! We got to run and jump, and even fly (except I was corrected that batman does not fly!) 

Cici- 4 years

This little young lady is 4 years old (but sure acts like she is a teenager!) We changed it up this year now that she is older, and headed to the old market for her session! Gone are the days were she would listen to me and let me pose her...this girl knows what she wants and where she wants her photo taken! 

Aimee & Michael

Who doesn't love a sunset engagement session at the park! These two were all about being outdoors for their engagement photos, and we event found a dirt road so they could get a little more country in their last photos! What a beautiful couple, and we are excited to celebrate with them next year at their wedding! 

T family

What better place to take family photos than at the ballpark! This family is all about the Omaha Storm Chasers, so they schedule a session on the field. This little guy clearly loves baseball, because he had a few favorite spots to check out during their family photos! 

F Family

It seemed like just yesterday we were photographing this little girl for her newborn photos, but now we are already celebrating being 3 months old! We had a blast with big and little sister at the park this weekend, little sister even slept through a good chunk of her photo shoot...what a cutie! 

Matt and Mollie

Matt and Mollie are getting married this October! We had a wonderful engagement session this weekend, and even taped their "love story' video for the wedding reception (you can watch the video at the bottom of the page) they event brought their two daughters (their dogs) with them to celebrate in the occasion!  

Baby H

At just 6 days new, this little bundle was so incredibly calm during her newborn session! She slept a little, but mostly had her eyes open just watching us all coo at her and photograph her sweet little face!

Baby C

Congratulations to this wonderful couple who are excited to be meeting Baby Girl C at the end of this month! We actually did a holiday (4th of July) session, and we couldn't have asked for better July weather! Can't wait to be photographing Baby C in a few weeks! 

H Wedding- Sneak Peak

This past Saturday it rained all day for the H Wedding....but that really just means to me that we had wonderful diffused light everywhere in the chapel for our photos! It was so much fun seeing Jeff and Kayla celebrate with so many of their family and friends, and with a long engagement everyone had been anticipating this day for quite a while! What a beautiful day, beautiful couple and congratulations to you both! 

S Family

I've been photographing this family for a couple years now, and they always pick the most fun locations! This time we went to their temple to photograph the family...and I must mention how much I LOVED that their son was allowed to wear a cape during his session! It completely captured this stage in his life (when he wants to be superman) which really is what photos are all about! 

H family

The H Family took advantage of their oldest being home from college as a reason to take some updated family photos! Last year we had an extremely chilly fall/winter day for photos, that we were thrilled to have a beautiful 80 degree evening for these photos! 

Ben Senior 2017

Ben met me for Senior photos this week, he will be graduating from Millard West next year and is thinking about become a vet! His photo session went great, but I will say he made me feel a bit old when I mentioned my 10 year reunion was this year! Thanks for the great session Ben! 

R Family

It felt like just yesterday we were taking photos of this little peanut soon after he was adopted by the R family....and I can't believe it has been a year already! This little guy is now one year old, and he loves music (even dances and claps to his favorite songs!). I've loved seeing this family grow over the years! 

O Family

What a beautiful day for photos this Sunday! We had quite the group for extended family photos this weekend, but everyone did awesome during their 1.5 hour session! Everyone gave great smiles and stuck with me til the very end! So fun to meet so many new families this week! 

J Family

I've been photographing the J Family for a few years now, and it was just this fall we were celebrating at the wedding of their daughter and new son-in-law. I loved that they came for updated family photos to get the newest member of the family in their photos this year! Such a wonderful group! 

M Family

This weekend was all about extended family photo sessions, and we kicked the weekend off with the M Family! I loved all their bright colors for photos, and we just barely missed the rain on Saturday...which made for some perfect weather for taking pictures! All the kids were just perfect (thanks in large part to the cooler of treats that were carried around!)
